Old Robert Ferrier

A seasoned litigator and trial attorney, Robert (Rob) Ferrier has tried cases to verdict before both judges and juries.  He has argued countless motions and appellate issues before a diverse array of courts, including both the Arizona and Navajo Nation Supreme Courts.  He has broad experience in all manner of tort and contract cases.  Rob’s clients often come to him in distress, and often stay to take advantage of his counsel.  Rob has an innate understanding of his client’s business goals, and never allows competitiveness to overwhelm sound judgment.
  

Although he handles many matters for clients at the bleeding edge of their fields, he has special affection for agricultural clients, and, having grown up in a farming community, a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing farmers and ranchers.

In his spare time, Rob can often be found listening to one of his four daughters explain what he can do better.  He also collects records and serves on Concord’s Community Services Commission.
