David E. Ruezga

David E. Ruezga is an Associate Attorney for Kronenberg Law working with insurance companies, individuals, businesses, and property owners in complex litigation cases. David is involved in all phases of civil litigation, from drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and trial prep, and has participated in thousands of in-person and remote appearances in court. He is a fierce advocate and truly dedicated to achieving the best possible result for each individual without compromise.

By way of background, David was born in Jalisco, Mexico to an immigrant working class family with nothing but the desire to improve their life circumstances. Being fluent in Spanish is a great benefit to many of our clients. He is a beacon of his entire family name, being the first to earn an undergraduate degree let alone graduate degree. David attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated with honors from the Santa Barbara College of Law. While still in college, David started his legal career as an office runner working his way up to paralegal while attending law school at night. When it was time to sit for the BAR, he took three months off and dedicated every ounce of his work ethic towards his studies passing on his first try, with only 28% passage rate for his entire cohort. David’s story is a testament that, with mindset and hard work, anything can be achieved.
