Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program preferred but not required

- eFiling through One Legal
- Preparing Table of Authorities and Table of Contents through Word
- Arrange Remote appearances for attorneys through CourtCall, VConnect, LACourtConnect, etc.
- Prepare deposition notices with minimal direction, including third-party appearance subpoena. (Document subpoena requests are excluded as they are handled by other staff.)
- Drafting and propounding discovery shells, as well as response shells
- Review Local Court Rules as needed for statewide practice
