Maihuong Ta
Trial Attorney, Civil Litigation Defense
Maihuong Ta is a trial attorney at Kronenberg Law, representing individuals and institutional clients in complex civil litigation defense, general liability, and high-exposure claims. Ms. Ta excels in achieving favorable resolutions through mediation and negotiated settlements, evaluating risk across all litigation stages, and stepping into mid-litigation cases to refine strategy while prioritizing client objectives.
Ms. Ta earned her J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law as a scholarship recipient. During law school, she competed on the Trial Team, served as Treasurer of the Asian American Law Student Association, clerked for the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and volunteered with the Center for the Pacific Asian Family.
A UC Davis graduate with a B.S. in pre-medicine and psychology, Ms. Ta brings analytical rigor to civil litigation defense.
In her free time, Ms. Ta enjoys attending concerts, traveling and learning about various cultures and cuisines with her friends and family.
