Flavio Fonseca is an associate attorney with Kronenberg Law. He works closely with insurance companies, individuals, businesses, and property owners in the defense of litigation cases. Flavio handles case work-up from inception to settlement, mediation, or trial. Before joining Kronenberg Law, Flavio gained valuable experience working for plaintiff and defense-side civil litigation firms in San Francisco, with emphasis on complex litigation and discovery in disaster litigation matters.

Graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law, Flavio gained experience in writing discrimination complaints in employment, housing, and public accommodations for the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.

Flavio was born and raised in Vallejo, California. He graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. During his undergraduate career, Flavio was accepted into the Diplomacy Program abroad at the University of Economics, Prague. He additionally holds two associate degrees in Political Science and Social Behavioral Science from Napa Valley College.
