Thomas C. Moise is a trial attorney at Kronenberg Law, representing insurance companies, businesses, individuals, and property owners in complex civil litigation defense matters and high-exposure claims. Mr. Moise joined Kronenberg Law in July 2018 and handles all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
A Bay Area native—born in Oakland and raised in Pleasant Hill—Mr. Moise brings a competitive mindset honed through athletics to his defense of complex claims.
During his time at UC Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Moise earned the CALI Award for outstanding performance in Remedies and served as Staff Editor for the UC Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal.
